We've been photographing the islands of Hawaii for a total of eight years now. Starting in 2002, when we first visited Maui, we fell in love with the islands and have been using them as a our photographic subject ever since. Hawaiian Style Organization, L.L.C. (a subsidiary-company of Tradewind Creations, L.L.C) was founded by John Derrick in May 2002. From origins as a small Maui photography website, the company has developed into a multi-media rich organization. Presently, Hawaiian Style Organization, L.L.C. produces photography prints and artwork, travel planning media, maps, assorted merchandise, and a series of guidebooks (the Mile by Mile series). The company is run by John Derrick and Victoria Sharkey.
